Admission is free, and there is no snow date.
From 3-4pm, guests can visit the Howard County Center of African American Culture, located in the Rose Price House next door to Historic Oakland. At Oakland Manor, visitors can also enjoy free light refreshments, musical entertainment provided by the Ellington-Adderley Jazz Ensemble and a display of the “Images of Freedom” poster entries created by Howard County students.
