Banana Fudge Smoothie

Creamy and delicious, this smoothie is great for breakfast or a midday pick-me-up. Make sure you have a parent help you use a blender!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fat-free or low-fat milk
  • ½ cup soft silken low-fat tofu
  • 2 ripe medium bananas, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon dark honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Carefully pour into glasses.
  4. Serve immediately. Serves 3.
