PBJ Crunchers

Forget the machines and mixers – this Valentine’s Day, whip up yummy snacks using only a single bowl and your hands. These easy-to-pack PBJ Crunchers can go anywhere, from school lunches to soccer practice. They’re best really cold and will keep up to a week sealed in a zip-top plastic bag stored in the refrigerator.
So, grab a bowl and crunch, mash and roll away!

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
    • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
    • 2 tablespoons grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, cereal and dry milk in a medium bowl with hands or fork, mashing well.
  2. Spread jelly over top of entire mixture and mix in slightly.
  3. Form 3⁄4-inch balls. Makes 12 balls.
  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
